The Lockits A1 Club is different, because we dance during the daytime!
As well, we are:
- a club for all A1 dancers wanting extra dancing or review;
- dancing A1 from many formations & arrangements (fall 2010)
The 2010-11 season is our fifth year and for the past four years we have been teaching the A1 program. This fall however that will change & we will not be teaching A1 this time around. Instead, we’ll be dancing the A1 moves from as many positions (arrangements) & formations as possible. This will provide all our dancers with the widest possible exposure to the A1 program. The dance pace will be ‘steady’ (not pushed) to ensure a good learning experience for all, while continuing to have fun!
The current Lockits gang have always had a good time dancing together and we welcome any new A1 dancers that would like to join us - just be sure that you’ve been dancing the full program at least one year. Note that the first few weeks will be review to tune everyone up after the usual summer layoff! Thereafter there will be a ½ hour review session prior to our regular dancing. See the dance schedule for details.

One receiver will be available each week on a loaner basis, just be sure to bring your own ear buds. Contact Caller Geoff for more information.
